C-1 Trade Show Services has developed a fully customizable 3D virtual meeting experience. Our virtual show starts with a stroll down the facility foyer where you can be greeted by a Registration Desk, Entrance Unit and/or Welcome Avatar. You can register/pay for the event, chat with association staff, review sponsor information, look for future events/live sessions and be greeted by a welcome avatar who tells you about this catered experience and how to navigate.

Once you enter the exhibit hall, you can spin in any direction and all booths and sponsor wall banners can be visible from across the room. The customized flooring and wall create a natural environment and the sun shines through the ceiling! Every exhibit booth was tailored to the exhibitors specific needs by adding their own booth displays, flooring and products. Some, you can chat with or enter their zoom room.

The booths link to websites, product brochures and information, social media, videos, 3D product pictures that you can grab, zoom and rotate and sales avatars. Just like in a normal show, you can shop in the association booths to update your membership, learn about current year programs and purchase your swag!

We can also add poster boards, exhibitor new product showcases and an education session room where you can live stream your material and/or archive podcasts and recorded sessions. Your show can be live for days or months. Let this be a way to bridge the gap until your next in person event.
